Enrol at Waipa Christian School

To enrol your child/ren at Waipa Christian School, we will walk through a three-step process:

Step 1 is an Enquiry to Enrol. This allows us to check your needs against our available space to ensure we are able to accommodate your child/ren.
Step 2 is an Application to Join the WCS Community. This application is made by the parent(s), guardian(s), or caregiver(s) and is an important part of the process. This application is made to the Proprietor of the school who is responsible for ensuring the Christian special character of the school is preserved in line with our founding documents and statement of belief. In this step you will be asked to demonstrate to what extent your family aligns with the special character and beliefs of WCS, and this will include an interview with the Proprietor Chairperson and the school Principal. Not all families who apply to join the WCS community will be able to join as we are governed by certain limits under the Education and Training act 2020.
Step 3 is an Enrolment to Waipa Christian School. This enrolment registers your children as student at WCS and begins the process of their introduction into our Christian learning environment. If your child/ren are starting soon, this will also include arranging uniforms, devices, academic records, and other relevant details.
